Nice of them to confirm what everyone but Lou Reed and Metallica assumed about a collaboration between Lou Reed and Metallica. This willingness to stock a CD only to plainly state that it sucks is what makes the independent record store so important and, ironically, so near extinction. You'll miss it though. To compare, iTunes wrote of this album, "Lulu is closer in spirit to Reed's Velvet Underground days than anything Metallica has attempted," which is a sentence that means absolutely nothing whatsoever.

Just thought I've point out that this photo was taken at JB-HiFi which is a pretty big chain of stores in Australia....not really independent at all. But the staff do know their stuff!

Metallica is the best Rock N’ Roll swindle ever! Somehow their fans are SO tone deaf that they keep buying CD’s and concert tickets for their “out-of-tune music”. I’ve been to two Metallica concerts and was in so much pain due to Kirk Helmets out of tune guitar and Lars sloppy uninspiring drum playing and James trying to sing while playing muddled chords I wanted my money back doubled. There is NO WAY people are that tone deaf… Listen to the Big 4 DVD – their whole set is a mess. How do you butcher songs you’ve played for decades? Please Metallica go away!
