Wow, who cares who posted it first on Twitter? If your success story in life or your "claim to fame" is that you made this list, you deserve to be plagiarized. I'm going to look for funny quotes on Twitter by people with less followers than me and post them as my own to get credit as a protest to the people who are complaining about plagiarism in these comments. So, for what it's worth, a couple of friendly 'Net sleuths have pointed out to me in email that at least seven and possibly as many as 15 of these tweets are incorrectly attributed or just flat-out plagiarism.
Of course, this is the Internet, where everything is bogus and people just ain't no good (as Nick Cave reminds us). But still. Nice job, Happy Place. Hope someone buys you a Google for Christmas. -
