Unless someone manages to get a shot of Rick Santorum holding up a frothy jar of lube and fecal matter, this is hands-down the most embarrassingly appropriate image of a presidential candidate we'll see this year. We don't know who arranged the kids in this photo, but knowing Newt Gingrich's stance on child labor, they're probably on his payroll.

You won’t believe this. All together I won $19,550 dollars from the lottery after ***@gmail.com cast the Lucky Lottery Spell. I just want to show my gratitude by publishing this information so that i can introduce at least 100 people to Old Religion Temple as in promise the temple. If you need money, ***@gmail.com is the answer to your financial problem. Claudia

It is a doctored photo, and yet you put it up like it isn't and leave it up for 2 months, even after nearly every comment confirms that it is a fake.
I also think is it strange that the biggest complaint about Romney is that he has money, and yet all of us want more of it. -
flik | 03/16/2012 flag |
yeah it's a photoshop - but quite funny.

You guys are all idiots, they are not spelling out "money", they are promoting his gangsta rap name "R- Money" for hood appeal.

@scooter I am not blaming Obama for anything--he inherited a big mess.

@Rraabfaber I believe most people believe it is hard to get by today being middle class as you aren't poor enough to get certain types of aid and aren't rich enough to live by your own means without financial worry about how you're going to pay for your children's college education and have enough for retirement or unforseen events like a catastrophic illness. Is it wrong to believe that most people want to be happy and that includes freedom from financial worries? Rich to me doesn't mean having millions and millions--it means never having to worry about money within the confines of spending appropriately and living within your means. It is not easy today for many middle class families to accomplish that and make ends meet no matter how much they save. Cheers.

@barbara - curious as to what THE alternative is to being rich? You mean middle class? The alternative to being rich is not, per se, being a starving homeless person. This is the same fallacy that Herman Cain labored under: If people aren't rich it's their own fault. As though everyone wants to live that lifestyle. I could care less about being rich. What I do care about is the rich trying to control everyone's lives.

@Barbara - The issue is that he is making decisions on social programs (cutting them) that help the poor. So his having money and not knowing what it is like to be poor is actually a pretty big issue. And how do you suppose we get back on track? Not sure if you realize this, but when President Bush can into power we had a surplus. When President Obama came into power, we had a major deficit. Yet, somehow people like you love to blame the black man.
@Amby - His father is George Romney. If you honestly think he had no help financially from him and was "poor" at any point in his life, I have a bridge in New York to sell you. -

Photo-chopped. Another FAIL for happy place's liberal staff. Though I guess it's easier to push your political agenda when you don't have to actually fact-check anything.

FDR was rich, JFK was rich, Bush is rich, McCain is rich thanks to his wife, and countless other political leaders are rich. Who cares. Most people would love to be rich given the alternative. Let's get on with the real issues and pick an innovative leader who can get the country back on track and earn the respect of the electorate and the global community. We need to focus on what matters instead of all the unnecessary noise. FYI, I am a democrat.

People are ridiculous... So he has money, get over it already. You say he couldnt possibly understand where you are coming from? He was once a poor college kid, then he was a poor married man. He is a self made millionarie, no help from his parents getting what he has now. I say more power to him!

Funny (and appropriate) as it may be, it is photoshopped. The kids are apparently his own and they are, in the original, wearing shirts that spell out their surname.

Is it true or just a rumor that Mitt has applied for change of name to Mitt R.Money?

I wasn't trying to take it too seriously, In the past I've laughed at pics like this too but I guess it just seems different when you know the people in the picture :) Just wanted to make sure that people understood that those little guys are great kids and their parents are good, working class people with the hopes that our country will get better :) This site does have some really funny stuff, enjoyed a lot of it:)

Because it's totally okay to lie about people when you don't like their politics... right?
Say, how's your appeal on those child molestation charges going? -
Danielle Widmer | 02/06/2012 flag |
I was at this event, this family lives next door to me and they are really nice. It put a smile on my face to see these little guys showing support for Romney. This pic was probably photo-shopped & then circulated as a cheap attempt to make others look bad. It takes up all kinds to make up this world I guess.

That's kind of funny. You do know that it's fake, though, right?
