World's best flyers making fun of other flyers.
FLYERS

Do you find yourself easily annoyed by the aggression, pretentiousness, or condescension of seemingly innocent flyers? Well, some brave and extremely bored souls took action on those feelings. Let us know if you've seen others we can add to the list. Or find your very own irritating flyer that you can mock with another flyer, and take a picture!

I can't get past the fact that it's spelled "flier." I'm sure the rest of the site is equally hilarious, though.

I love the vending machine one. I don't know how it happens, but almost every time I try to get something to snack on from one of these things I end up losing money; either in the machine itself or when the coins it rejects roll under the darn thing! Thanks for sharing all of these, they made my day!

  • WillfromSF | 07/29/2011 flag  |

Would help if you could read these things. On several, just not legible.

  • AbZa | 07/26/2011 flag  |

The third one is from college humor.. lol. Recognize the tile pattern on the walls from their videos! Hah!

  • Mdawg | 07/26/2011 flag  |

hello. is it me your looking for? thee best! :3

  • Julie | 07/26/2011 flag  |

    loved this!!!!

  • w84me2p | 06/06/2011 flag  |

@Elizabeth, even your captcha responses are very pretty. You must have a fancy keyboard too!

  • dchapple@optonline.net | 06/06/2011 flag  |

    I love this

  • Elizabeth | 06/04/2011 flag  |

Well: we COULD do that... OR everyone could keep telling me how pretty I write... except for all those damn CAPTCHAs....

  • w84me2p | 06/04/2011 flag  |

Hey everybody - lots off good chatter here, but what do ya say we all get back to picking on Atilla? Smilesies!

  • Agnostic in Brazil | 06/04/2011 flag  |

People would stick religious cards and messages inside the elevators (@ the message folders 4 our condo, where we couldn't reach) like "Jesus is king" and stuff like that, all the time and management wouldn't remove them, so I bought some pictures of gods from Hinduism and stuck them there with the others beautiful Ganesh, Krishna, Shiva, etc and the messages were removed in no time at all : D

  • lizwb | 06/04/2011 flag  |

@Chris - Thank you SO very much. That just might be one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me. Except when my mother tells me I'm too thin, or my hair is too long, but she doesn't exactly MEAN that as a compliment. Then again, she also calls West Sacramento "democratic," instead of "black."

  • Chris | 06/03/2011 flag  |

    @Elizabeth: You write pretty.

  • Elizabeth | 06/03/2011 flag  |

When I remember how Clockwork-Orange boring/torturous actual grade school was, and when I hear people saying pompously: "We've REALLY MUST rework the educational system," I just surf cruel comment boards and think: "Fuck. I guess people learn anyway." You know: except for assholes who just THOUGHT they learned. Irrespective of all teachers' efforts. (

  • JG | 06/03/2011 flag  |

What's a dictionary? I use Attila to learn words and how to convey profound concepts of human progression and intellect (or lack thereof, right Attila? HAHHA, right man?!!). Then we go to different comment sections on random websites to show people how it's done. Too bad I'm not an English or Literature professor or else I would be credible. Be right back, I mean BRB, gotta go learn more words from Attila or my 7th grade English teacher Mrs. Spain.

  • LittleK427 | 06/03/2011 flag  |

@KDirty: I could say the same to you. :)

  • KDirty | 06/03/2011 flag  |

@LittleK427--You're thinking of "irregardless," which is not a word. Irrespective is. Pleaz to uze dikshunary nex tyme.

  • LittleK427 | 06/03/2011 flag  |

@Attilla: "Irrespective" is not a word.

  • Timmy | 06/03/2011 flag  |

Yes, Elizabeth... that's why I write my comments into Word and then cut and paste into the comment section. Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean that they are not after you.

  • Timmy | 06/03/2011 flag  |

And... even if @Attilla was correct and brilliant as hell, it wouldn't matter at all, 'cause this is some funny stuff and life should be about laughter and joy not judgmental pseudo-intellectualism.

  • elfhunter | 06/03/2011 flag  |

    New hobby now....on a mission.

  • lizwb | 06/03/2011 flag  |

    Aren't they?

  • Feo Amante | 06/02/2011 flag  |

The comments here are as funny as the point of this page! XD

  • Elizabeth | 06/02/2011 flag  |

@teamlj29 LOL... You got me all kinds of paranoid... I just went over MY comment, looking for, er, that-word-you-just-wrote-that-suddenly-I-have-a-brain-cloud-about-and-am-completely-paranoid-about-misspelling.

    ;~}

(I would have LOVED teaching journalism to this bunch.)

  • teamlj29 | 06/02/2011 flag  |

@Attilla: You also spelled 'dependence' wrong. Have a nice day!

  • Elizabeth | 06/02/2011 flag  |

@Attilla Dude: you SO need to get a life. Even in scholarly circles - and I taught for the State University of New York in the English & Foreign language dept., the Math & Science dept. & taught computer databases, web dev, and more - anyone truly educated can tell what you wrote is kinda bullshit. To anyone who might ever NEED to write a sentence that convoluted? Which is rarely necessary, and even considered ridiculous by academics pursuing advances in their discipline, it's obvious you're a poser. So just grab a copy of Strunk & White, & work on clarity. You are obviously impressing no one. But you MIGHT if you chill and be clear.

  • James | 06/01/2011 flag  |

This is now my new favorite thing.

  • Jo-Anne | 06/01/2011 flag  |

I think I just found my new hobby. Now to find a sign...

  • Freud | 06/01/2011 flag  |

@Attilla Not only has humankind not made any advancement away from oral fixation, but also regression and fixation are two different concepts. Not to mention the fact that these ideas were not even discovered until a little over 100 years ago. Oral fixation is not something that would change due to adaptation.

  • OhSoShameless | 06/01/2011 flag  |

    LOOL!!
    Funny smartass comebacks x3

  • xXx | 05/29/2011 flag  |

I laughed so hard at Attila. Nothing amuses me more than when people try push themselves off as brilliant, only to make a grammatical error most of us knew in grade school. You're not brilliant kid, now waddle back to your twinkie, you're done here.

  • HunterG | 05/20/2011 flag  |

    Attila: I'll think for you.

  • pp | 05/12/2011 flag  |

    irony:

"Irrespective of millennia of human progression beyond the infant/oral stage of development (which is slightly in advance of the toilet training), we as a race seem to champion regressive mind states."

    "I'll pray for you"

  • w84me2p | 05/09/2011 flag  |

By putting "little people" in quotes are you implying that we're not really little?

  • Attila | 05/09/2011 flag  |

To you "little people": I'll pray for you.

  • w84me2p | 05/09/2011 flag  |

We, as a race... do enjoy puffing ourselves up to sound smarter than we really are. Glad you're enjoying your new thesaurus, Attila!

  • Seriously? | 05/06/2011 flag  |

Oh, Attila, your supercilious correction of LOL would be so much more meaningful if you hadn't f'd up "you're" and "your." Third grade awaits!

  • Attila | 04/18/2011 flag  |

    To "LOL",
"Irrespective" means without regard to; despite means unaffected by. So you see, education results in a vocabulary that can be used to communicate. After learning how to communicate, you will be able to abandon you're dependance on texting scribbles. Have a good life grasshopper!

  • Cärooo.<3 | 04/18/2011 flag  |

Very Funny. I like this with the lean pockets most. Or what it is. ;D

  • jmsgola | 04/18/2011 flag  |

Loved the Lean Pocked one!! Brilliant

  • Ryan773359 | 04/08/2011 flag  |

LOL- @ Attila... in your attempt to sound educated, your choice of words made you look stupid! All you had to do was open with "despite" instead of "irrespective" and you wouldntve had to us the word "of" awkwardly!!! The lean pockets sign is MUCH MORE clever than you!!! LOL get a life! Steven Hawking would chuckle at this, you fool! LOLOL

  • Attila | 04/07/2011 flag  |

Irrespective of millennia of human progression beyond the infant/oral stage of development (which is slightly in advance of the toilet training), we as a race seem to champion regressive mind states.

I would suggest that the removal of the lean pockets is a sign for diet transformation and diversification...to perhaps include something that resembles food from a living organism, like a vegetable or something.

  • carol | 03/21/2011 flag  |

    read

  • alg81881 | 03/21/2011 flag  |

if your eating lean pockets...chances are you can afford to miss a meal anyhow!

  • Heather | 03/02/2011 flag  |

    Hahaha!! Gotta love it
