Paint huffing is no laughing matter unless maybe you're high on paint. Kelly Gene Gibson has been charged with the same crime an astounding 48 times since 1992. Last Thursday, he "allegedly" sniffed his favorite toxic vapors after getting in a fight with his wife. Police said Gibson had a can of silver spray paint in his right hand and a paint-covered plastic bag in his left. Unless the presiding judge is equally stoned, maybe Gibson will be sent to paint rehab.
