Yes the Chemistry class Beers- Lambert Law explained by cartoon stick men holding a beer with the equation sign pointing to the right showing stickman passed out with the beer spilling out with a .222 above the cartoon man. I would gave extra credit if he or she included units in the .222 or if I were a prick I have them clean every cuvette with a cotton swap and clean lab glassware for a week.

What cranky old bat marked "love" wrong!? This is why I'm home schooling. That would earn you a trip to get ice cream in my world.

  • Amber29 | 02/17/2012 flag  |

The strongest force one is one I liked the most and can imagine a child writing that

  • Aki | 02/14/2012 flag  |

The brain - cantaloupe correlation shows some thinking out of the box!

  • Nicol | 02/13/2012 flag  |

My daughter said she knew the "bad C-word" but would not say it aloud. So she spelled it for us....with snarky attitidue, too.. "C O U N T" yep. She's the bright one. I think that could have been her spelling test. My son spelled "pennies" "P E N I S" not sure how his teacher kept a straight face.... I 'bout died. So yea, I totally believe they're real.

  • Trollope | 02/12/2012 flag  |

Haha yeah school just wants everyone to be the same! It's just, like, they want us to know how to spell and be understood by other people in a standardised way and that! Morons!!11!!!!1! I'm a free thinker so I shouldnt haf to fink an rite like wot fick peepul doo !!

  • Tara-Silly1 | 02/11/2012 flag  |

some of these aren't real, some are intentional and should not be featured

  • Sartasia | 02/10/2012 flag  |

My son drew cartoons on the margins of his papers all the way through JR High. In his 9th grade math course he spent the whole semester drawing little men building a billboard every day with the teachers imaginary hilarious horoscope written on it. One day toward the end of the semester he didn't draw anything in the margin. His paper came back with the question...."Did the workers have the day off?"

  • Christine | 02/08/2012 flag  |

Becky, you said it. When I was in grammar school, I drew my cursive letters in certain ways. I would always lose points on it as the teacher attempted to force my handwriting to be a clone of others. She was trying to suppress my individuality and my own distinct handwriting. After I left the class, I continued to write my letters as I see fit. I am now about to get my PhD.

i lost it at the date rape one....lol

  • phil | 02/01/2012 flag  |

these kids show great imagination and personality, too bad its gonna be stripped from them by the time they finish "education" and wind up like a boring robot who works in some shitty job they hate :D

  • Becky | 02/01/2012 flag  |

Even though the post that BillyD assures us is his ‘last’ post is rude, wrong and just plain stuck-up that doesn’t stop if from being pretty damn funny. Also, PZ is right about the Texas thing. I would know, I’ve lived here my entire life. I may be a Christian (which is widely approved of in Texas) but I’m a non-denominational, extremely unorthodox, liberal, tree hugging, gay marriage supporting and open-minded Christian (which, I can assure you, is widely disapproved of in Texas.)

  • Becky | 02/01/2012 flag  |

Some of them are obviously intentional and some are obviously not by 'young' children, but why should that stop them from being funny? If you judge if something is funny or not, based on if it's real or not, then you are waay too tight-laced to have a sense of humor.

"Do you know what Helen Keller's father looked liked? Neither did she." Like these? You'll love my tweets @danieldickey

That "Lone Wolf" one was pretty badass... *stores it for later. shifty eyes*

  • Hallie | 01/30/2012 flag  |

So. I wrote the ninja protecting the number 9 from being marked incorrect. It's really trippy to see something I wrote a long time ago show up on the internet.

  • Joe | 01/25/2012 flag  |

    This stuff is fake.

  • GreeneKing | 01/25/2012 flag  |

"The stick figure gets it" HAHAAHAAAAA love that kid.....and the teacher too!

Man, that Hitler one has me thinking back in a serious way. I'd swear blind that I remember it from my school days, and that I know the guy who drew it - and that, had we known then what we know now, the phrase "for the lulz" would have been trotted out as an explanation, if not a justification...
Trouble is, I'm 23 now, so either it was just a very (disturbingly) similar incident... Or one of our teachers has had this in a drawer for ten plus years and has now discovered the interbutt.

Lets have some of these be legit children's answers. None of this "adults/teenagers impersonating" as children and put adult crap on tests they swipped from a child.

  • William2353 | 01/19/2012 flag  |

I would've awarded extra credit for "love".

  • JW | 01/10/2012 flag  |

That kid who completed the homework about his accomplishments is a f*ckin BOSSSS

  • Vince | 01/06/2012 flag  |

Experienced Teacher assumes upload is by a teacher. Interesting conclusion, Experienced Teacher. Show your work for full credit, humorless pinhead. You should lol at that, but I assume you will not. [Snarky!]

  • Davdi | 01/06/2012 flag  |

Shows how teachers and educational systems here can stifle a child's creativity, create a dislike of school and grow dysfunctional and robotic graduates.
    Pinheads indeed.

  • Experienced Teacher | 01/04/2012 flag  |

The one about the girl wanting to work with her Mother should be taken off. No decent teacher would publish a student's work with their name on it, nor without written consent by the student (or parents if they are unerage) AND definitely not to get some laughs on a random website.
Being a teacher myself, I'm disgusted that there are teachers that would do this. All this work should be removed from this site.

  • Vince | 01/04/2012 flag  |

Hey, teachers, leave those kids alone. Humorless pinheads.

yeah teach, that's what the military will be tellin' us when they're bangin' down our door to take us to the FEMA death camps, courtesy of NDAA. Phucket... I'm moving to Thailand

  • RaceX | 12/13/2011 flag  |

  • MAckenZiE | 12/11/2011 flag  |

    i like the penis one.

  • mother.of.mayhem | 12/09/2011 flag  |

The note from the teacher on the 1st pic makes me mad. A kid learning his ABC's is no older than 5-6, so at that age he is probably being taught to be PROUD of himself for being able to pee by himself on the potty! Way to beat it out of 'em, teach!

    i love kids.

then again, ive yet to have one of my own.

  • George8130 | 11/23/2011 flag  |

love the teacher's correction, she doesn't "negotiete" with terrorists? really? -3!

  • Patrick | 11/20/2011 flag  |

Um, the wording of the title should probably be changed, since it says UNINTENTIONALLY and YOUNG children. several of these clearly don't fit that.

  • 12345 | 11/20/2011 flag  |

I love how on the extremely long penis when the teacher says, "See me after the class!" the dot on the exclamation is a heart.

  • Sorcha | 11/19/2011 flag  |

I have been teaching for 16 years and these remind me of sooo many priceless things I've seen kids draw and write. There should be an additional category for some of the insane things turned in by parents. I've been tempted to proofread notes from home and ask that they make corrections an turn them back in.

  • Canada | 11/18/2011 flag  |

Trust me, as a teacher we see these kinds of things happen ALL the time. And some of them are definitely from older students and not fake - I can't even count the number of times I wrote retarded answers and drew pictures on university exams to hopefully make the prof laugh and forget that I didn't know anything!!!!
Also @Einstein - as a History teacher and History nerd, I knew all about the Swastika and Hitler by the age of 10 - and that was 20 yrs ago. Think of the vast amount of info available and out there for kids now, and also who may have nurtured them. As for the religious debates....you have GOT to be kidding me.

  • Spindoctor | 11/15/2011 flag  |

These are all so fake it's unreal.

  • Delaine2 | 11/14/2011 flag  |

I cant help but notice all the religion questions being answered with wit and reason.

  • Christian | 11/11/2011 flag  |

    Hitler! ha

someone probably explained WWII to the child without mentioning the holocaust (as i have done), so he didn't realize anything bad about him.
