Sadly, the tatt is goofed... That's actually the buddhist symbol. The Nazi swatstika is turned about 45 degrees so that it's shaped like a diamond. So if the guy wanted to show his racism... he instead is showing his love of laughing out loud with his love of "good fortune, luck and well being." What a moron....
