I actually thing the first Star Wars wedding here is quite nice and classy. The costumes are great (the bride looks beautiful) and the guests conformed to the dress code too :) The other ones... not so much, especially the one with the Slave Leia costume. Very tacky.

the cake one was from an episode of a bridal show, it was either "bridezillas" or "rich bride, poor bride". the bride was a pennypincher and the groom was the opposite. the cake was a surprise for her... i love watching those shows, they make me feel better about myself, especially bridezillas. lol. if they can find a poor sap, i mean, future spouse, then anyone can. lol.

I think I remember seeing another article about the wife cake one. It was actually one of those reaffirmation of vows things that they did 10 or 15 years after getting married. I'm not sure whether that makes it better or worse. Either way, massive respect to that poor guy for undoubtably putting up with many years of lunacy.

The Burning Man one doesn't count. Thousands of people get 'married' at Burning Man every year. And more than half the people there are naked. It's a commitment thing, not an actual legal marriage.
