Popular ice cream chain uses inadvertently terrifying slogan.
SIGNS

You can usually tell how inappropriate a sign is by how long it takes you to figure out the original intention behind it. With this one, we're still not sure. Presumably, it's encouraging children to annoy their fathers until they stop the family station wagon for a  Butterfinger Blizzard break, but tell that to the weirdo who chose to hand-paint it in large, Serial-Killer Serif font. Then try to keep him talking until the police arrive.

Can one be offended and amused at the same time?

This is at the Dairy Queen in West Yellowstone, MT, a terrifying town for an equally terrifying sign!

It resembles the Harry Potter font.

This is hysterical. The font is called "Bleeding Cowboys." You can find it on dafont.com. It's one of the most overused fonts I've ever seen. I'm talking restaurant menus, websites, letterheads. Ugh! It's irritating. Check out the Dark Horse Saloon's menu in Bel Air, MD. It's riddled with the font. But at least it doesn't hint at any death or inappropriate sexual behavior, right? I'm so confused about this sign.
