Did you really think you would never see a clothing choice that would prove even more ridiculous and embarrassing than the Snuggie? Well, friend, meet the "pants optional" Thuggie. It's a giant blanket-like hoodie for people who like to walk around in public looking like lanky infants. It's hard to tell when looking at the company's website if they're serious when they describe this as "never wrong for any occasion." If the occasion calls for a "whimsically dressed shoplifter" this might be appropriate, but that's about it.

Oh thank goodness! I find skipping so much easier in my Thuggie than in conventional pants, and lets not forget the twirling... oh the twirling! In all seriousness, I love how hardly any of the articles actually read the Thuggies website, or realize that pretty much everything written is tongue-in-cheek.

dear Irism, my apologies! You can wear them for whatever you like. Cavort away. I just mean it was never meant to be a fashion statement, as much of the web is decrying. And good choices, by the way. We're getting more plaid to keep up with demand.

Kim, what do you mean meant for lounging??? I've got both the pink and turquoise lumberjack and wear them whilst cavorting all about the township of Langley with glee! Must I refrain from doing so in the future? Sad face. And I prefer "whimsically attired item pilferer", thank you very much.

amazing. hate away! a dream has come true today. thank you some e cards, thank you.
ps we are kidding about any occasion, and they are meant for lounging, not in public. but "whimsically dressed shoplifter" puts my way with words to shame.
