One of the first rules of advertising is to make sure your message is seen by your target demographic. When your business is gambling, that target demographic is people who make bad life choices, so what better place to advertise than a site that posts mug shots of the recently arrested. But we don't think the Derby Lane Poker Room expected their ad to get this targeted.
